How long do player bodies last

I estimate about half an hour. But I'm not sure.

No I've seen my friends body on a server for over 8 hours, but since the world isn't full of them it is promptly on a server restart when they disappear.

So if left untouched, forever? I thought they lasted 15 minutes.

Nope. I died at NWAF and my friend watched my body, I had time to run from Kamenka all the way back up stopping only once or twice to look for a drink and another bandage, about a 45min journey because of the stopping and it stayed there after I relooted and we left.
