There is a chance someone killed you as you spawned. Then again.... no bleeding?

Looks like he is just passed out.. maybe u logged out when u thought u were dead but just in shock.. if thats the case then u have to wait up to 5 minutes for the timer to stop. Cuz it shows u have a little blood left and that u have moderate thirst and hunger. If u have a clan mate with an epi pen they can find u and bring u back. But maybe its a bug.. not sure

Running the incorrect version of DayZ and/or Arma II beta, please update to the latest files and try again.

I recommend that you install "DayZ Commander" and it will do it for you.
