Change to Painkillers

In DayZ, when you take painkillers you take the whole entire box! 24 tablets of that stuff gives you liver failure. If you take painkillers, you take 2 at a time, and depending on the amount of pain the shaking reduces by a fixed amount. If you continue to shake you can take more and risk some status that resemble liver failure (Vomiting, disorientation, etc). The symptoms could last 10-20 minutes.

Maybe it could be implemented in the beta version of the mod?
