boxy0127 6 Posted August 3, 2012 (edited) In DayZ, when you take painkillers you take the whole entire box! 24 tablets of that stuff gives you liver failure. If you take painkillers, you take 2 at a time, and depending on the amount of pain the shaking reduces by a fixed amount. If you continue to shake you can take more and risk some status that resemble liver failure (Vomiting, disorientation, etc). The symptoms could last 10-20 minutes.
