I need help near Guba (north of berezino)

Hello my friend and i were teleported to Guba on the map by a hacker and then were sprayed by an AKM and we quickly f4ed, we both just need epi-pens, and morphine. We both have skype and ts with a server which we can talk through, we both have around 4k blood, any help would be appreciated msg me on skype at Davienachos24.
