I recently got globally banned, and i was wondering if i bought a NEW steam copy would i be able to play again? Do i simply have to put the new cd key in and it works? or do i have to do something else?

I think buying a new combined operations and reinstall is enough. Inserting the new key replaces one from your previous install.

Next time don't cheat so much.

If you really cheated and earned that global ban rightfully, it would be a benefit to all of us if you don't ever play this game again. And I sincerely hope that buying a new CD-key (or anything you can possibly do) will not get you to play this game again.
