Hacker Justice and giving his loot to the REAL Survivors

So yesterday I came across a hacker, camping Elektro. That doesn't slide so I took my AS50 and took him out. I took his loot and placed it where scavengers, survivors,and explorers would find it. :) Why have too much? I take what I need and give.
