Banned from DE4

Battleeye:Banned after being called a cunt for killing an admin. Admin in question: TooTall. I did however lie about tking them, as afaik they couldnt check the logs, but he checked them right infront of me right before was banned (whilst riding a bike, so now i have broken legs no doubt). I just dont think its fair that I can get team killed my one of their regulars just hours before (who is then running round with my kit) but as soon as i tk an admin I get permabanned from the server!

Got sick of them constantly calling me a hacker because I have better gear than them, and I been tk'd a few times by them aswell. Have given numerous members gear and helped them out for gear/blood transfusions/ riding 11km to give someone morphine - only for them to turn around and accuse me of "duping" when all the gear is gear that I have hoarded over months in tents all over the place. Yet they are still happy to personally use the gear they are suspicious about and ask for more when they die.

The main admin is marker...he is sound I am hoping he sees this and can sort it out.

Rocket: It seems your rules about meta gaming on the public hive are totally ignored by server admins.

You got banned for being a sly Mr so and so doing the following:

Changing your name at every occasion

Claiming you have tents with 60 ghillie suits and 60 as50's on other servers ect - i dont care what you say this is absolute garbage (dupe)

We as a community dont like you, we dont like exploits, dupes ect it ruins the game for us and everyone else.

Anyhow the reason you was kicked was because you killed two players and logged off before the third person could shoot you...

This ban is not permanent for the time being until the head admin has spoken to the rest of the group.

Now please stop moaning and join one of the other thousand servers, or buy one for yourself ... think its about 50 euros mate.

If you cant afford this amount, your more than welcome to come back on DE4 and apologise to an admin and show a bit of respect to the guys that pay for the server and enforce rules.

Firstly TooTall didnt give you a permaban at all, was/is a 1 day ban for logging out in Combat while the other party involved was about to open fire on you, you know about the rule thats on the server (there was 3 of us you/tried to kill/ed), and furthermore, you knew about the verbal agreement on TS that if your on the TS with everyone else we try and keep TK'ing to a minimum as a group, yes friendly fire happens and we joke about it, But deliberatly hunting all 3 of us down while we thought you were trust worthy...now thats a bit silly.

Also to add to your statement of us accusing you of "duping", We arent exactly directly accusing you of duping, but hoarding over 30+ guilles, 6-20 AS50's (as you so openly say on TS infront of 15+ people) and the like does sound a bit odd even if you do server hop to get them, what could you possibly need with that many of things, and you havent given all the group gear, because most of us get it from others in the group.

You were not kicked/banned for killing an admin, it was due to the fact that you disconnected when in combat.

You have been playing with us for several weeks, in that time you have admitted to duping gear. The fact that you claim to have 60+ Ghillie suits, AS50's etc is reason for being suspicious in itself. Then there is the way that you travel around the map rediculous speed, spot people from rediculous distances when they are hiding in foliage adds to the feeling of foul play.

You travelled from the NE airfield to us in a matter of minutes to kill me, listening in on TS to find where we were. I kicked you from the channel is TS as you were not taking part in conversation, after my death I checked you IP on the server and you were playing under another name. At this point I asked if you had shot us, to which you replied no. Now I do not have access to the server logs, only Marker does. I do however have the ability to call your bluff. When I did so and told you the logs showed your kills increase you admitted to killing me and in the process admitted that the person was you. So i took action, kicked you from TS for your deceit and banned the person who disconnected in combat - you.

I wont comment on the "better gear" as this is not a playground.

If Marker feels I made a bad call then so be it, but I banned you for good reason and am happy with the decision I made.

I hate the exploiting of the tents, I cannot stand everyone having M107s, MK48s etc.. Plus the fact, when you gave someone your single tent location on the hill. You demanded that he didn't save it so that the items would reappear after a restart!!

You are lucky I didn't ban you there! You admitted to duping, and having over 60 ghillie suits now, could possibly be UK22, i'll make sure I tell the goon to check the hill over solichny!

As for TS, you aren't welcome back on TS, the majority of people do not like your attitude, me personally, I don't care either way! The majority has spoken though!

So. For combat logging and major duping I have made the ban perma!

To be perfectly honest, I was in the thought process of doing this, decision just been mad easier..

Feel free to carry contact a dev!

I would rather the server go down for good than have cheaters/exploiters on my server!!

So you come to the conclusion that i have duped all my gear with no proof other than you simply think I duped it?

I got from the NE to Stary in just over 20 minutes because i was on a fucking bicycle which do 20 odd mph up hill and 70 odd down hill, work it out its about 11km which at an average of 40 km/h is around 15 minutes... simple fucking mathematics! But no you constantly accuse me of teleporting all over the place.

And when did i dc during combat? The only person who dc'd under combat recently was knighstalker when we got ambushed at balota leaving greavsy and i to deal with the sniper on our own. But i guess thats ok because hes "one of the group" right?

I NEVER dc during combat, if i did i would never die, i wouldnt have been teamkilled by your guy earlier in the day ffs.

I guess its easier to call someone a hacker if they understand the game mechanics and have more skill than you do.

Marker: fine, the group hates me because i have leet gear, so im gone haha. I will buy a new game and hunt you all down with my endless supply of "duped" gear :D

Do what you want, you spend your money the way you wish to do it..

No one hates you because of you have leet gear, no one could give a toss what gear you have.. It is how you acquire it that gets up my nose, you will always hear me say, make sure everything is saved after anything is removed from a tent or vehicle..

The fact that you also admitted to duping your tents to gain enough to gear out everyone on the server.. 60 slots.. Hell,of a lot of duped gear..

I have always maintained that i never duped my tents, ive been hoarding from multiple servers but no one believes me and just takes their opinion as gospel.

The fact is you can only ban people for racism or hacking and I have done neither so look forward to me hunting you guys tommorow :)

Yeah the solnichny tent, the same user i told to save it last night because you told us to and then said that hes not going to save it as he only took food and pepsi? See, everyone does it. I told you I would save my tents in DE4 but i would not give their locations out anymore. My main camp is on a completely different server and it was amassed before tents could be duplicated. Someone said in channel yesturday that it is physically impossible to have 60 ghillie suits in one camp. I beg to differ. Theres something like 3000 servers or more and your telling me theres not even one ghillie suit in each server? People need to use more common sense!

The fact you have not banned me before tells me that you permitted it untill i started killing people and then suddenly I get banned. If I hadnt have killed those 3 guys yesturday then i would still be playing on DE4 now!

holy shit, they posted your name, IP address, and GUID? every day I see entitled gaming clans do stupid shit, but that kind of high school level gossiping and "omg guis did u hear this cunt with the GUID ........... combat logs!!!??" has to be the most immature shit I've ever seen.

as a general rule of thumb: stay away from any dayz servers operated by clans. They tend to be immature and power hungry.

But you have logs, they have no logs that convict me of hacking or cheating.

You are not permitted to ban for suspected cheats or exploits of a non-server-disruptive nature, including but not limited to ghosting, unverified cheating, duping and similar, UNLESS you have solid evidence, IE logs.

86JR: Just bump that tread till someone off the Dayz Staff sees it. They will then check the logs of the server and see if you did something wrong. You can also write the Dayz Staff at http://support.dayzmod.com/
