How do I tell my friend what server I'm playing on?

Once I join a server is there anyway to see the server name without exiting? Sorry for the simple question, but I really don't know if this is possible / how.

Press and hold down "I" (not "L")

It will display the leaderboards. On the top of the leaderboards, it will say what server your are in.
