"Is someone is shooting in Chern/elektro..."

Every 3-4 minutes some little nubling is asking if someone is shooting in Chern or Elektro.....well guess what my little nublet....yes...someone is in fact shooting there. Surprising, is it not? Who would have thought the major respawn towns would have gunfire? I would have never guessed that the sound of someone shooting, is in fact someone shooting.
