Regardless, Bohemia Interactive enforces authors' rights pretty strictly, and reverse-engineering another's mission or mod without their permission is pretty frowned upon. Using a modification to build your mission is acceptable, or adding your own work to build upon it, but not actually altering somebody's work.If you find the mission needs modification, ask the original mission author if he can incorporate your suggested changes, or if you can alter his mission file, then ask him how.
