Mortek 0 Posted May 24, 2012 I think this could add some fun to the server. Have several events that can happen at random (Vary low chance) or be applied by a server master. Example Events-1.) 100-200 zombies go sprinting across the map, there awarness and senses are heightend making them dangerous, this could cause all sorts of havoc but would undoubtably be fun, perhaps some spots on a leader board for surviving an encounter.2.) A small militia of NPC's are moving from one side of the server to another, (Just an organised group of survivors) they can be left untouched, or someone can risk taking them on. (This event times out specifically when they reach the other side of the map, there by leaving the area)3.) Several untrained civilians are found hiding in a big city somewhere, they have a hidden stash of supplies, guide them out of the city and they will guide you to the supplies. ((This gives players the options to just kill the survivors and take the loot on the NPC for immediate gratification (It would also be safer) or help the NPC out of town for a greater amount of supplies))4.) ((Specifically started by the server master)) Several scientist are experimenting on zombies, rumor around the camp fires is that there trying to weaponize it for future purposes. They offer a grand reward for mercinarys to protect them while doing this. Bandits and survivors close in to make a quick buck, but the moral survivors (And maybe a few bandits seeing the protectors as prey) close in to stop this from happening. (Perhaps if this event caused havoc later on if the scientists are succesful, like an hour after this event multiple event 1's happens)These are just some ideas.
