Hacker or not?

Ok, I was just at the NW airfield and I seen a guy running toward his tent, which was situated within the Barracks. Instinctively, I opened fire on him. I noticed he was bleeding out so I went prone and watched him run round in circles taking out zombies. Eventually i decided to apporach him and shot him again. No avail. It's like he didn't even care I was trying to kill him. He just continued killing zombies. No idea if this is a connection issue (where he can't see me, or something) or it was in fact a hacker who was invincible. If anyone's interested I was on server SESUK (I think). Any help would be appreciated.
