Combat log

On the server I host, we have a couple of guys (Names: Salvadore and MetalCore) who combat log (Alt + F4) whenever they face a firefight. This is particularly problematic because they log out in the middle of a base (and probably others elsewhere too) right before we kill them. Am I allowed to ban these people for Alt + F4'ing? of my server

This is getting on my nerves.
