Unable to Remove items from tool-belt

*Which method are you using to launch the game? I.E Sixupdater/steam/batch file: Steam

*What is the Error/Problem you're having? Please provide screenshots if possible:

I am unable to remove objects such as hatchets and flash-lights from my tool-belt. I click to remove them from the tool-belt and nothing happens. The secondary weapon slot is perfectly clear for them.

*Your Operating System: Windows 7

hatchet goes into your primary, not your secondary.

hatchet goes into your primary, not your secondary.

I have just emptied my primary slot, right clicked and select to remove from TB. Nothing happened.
