random fps drop

sorry if i make spelling mistakes

i was wondering if someone would b able to help me in the past couple of days i have been getting this random fps drop, it drops to 3 and it dose it anywere, my standerd fps when its not doing it is about 30,

i have had my brouther look at it and fidle because hes normaly good at that type of stuff but he dosent know what to do or what is causeing it, i also have looked throught the forums but nuthing has realy helped.

thanks for the quick reply we have done the first one and it didnt fix it but im trying the outher one now and i will let you know if it helps

hey i have tryed the outher one but it hasnt solved my problem but thanks for trying do u know any outher things that might help

As i have told you often enough your Hard Drive could be the cause of the issue

your Hard Drive is old and needs to be retired

you should replace your old PATA DRIVE and replace with a newer Sata Drive a SSD Drive​ would be better but are rather expensive

i will re look in to setting up a Ram-Disk for you later
