Ghillie is fine but drop your pack first move away and put on the suit then go and pick up your pack

I've found 2 since the latest patch, they worked great for me. I was with a friend when I found one, and he begged for it. I took it off and gave it to him, but he died instantly when putting it on, losing his character and the suit. Wear with caution.
