want to play this game but can my pc handle it?

I don't own a hardcore gaming pc and was wondering if mine could handle playing this game. (i have a feeling it won't) i have a hp pavilion slimline s3620f

specs:

intel pentium dual core processor E5200

Nvidia GeFroce 7100

4gb ram

any of this stuff upgradeable to be able to play the game?

Thanks guys! I tried that site and it said my pc won't be able to run it currently, but it's only the graphics card that failed the test. Looks like ill be going out tomorrow to get a new one... I know-nothing about this sort of thing can anyone suggest one i should get? possibly under 75-80$

i can run dayz on my laptop and i'm pretty sure that you have a better pc overall apart from my laptop has an core i-5 processor in it. but apart from that you should be fine. if not it won't cost much to get it upgraded.

if you're lucky yeah, I would try amazon and ebay, but mostly try Craigslist...but you cant guarantee they work
