It only happens to me when I've loaded, disconnect and reload, mostly when I'm looking for a decent server. I have to ALT-TAB and force-quit DayZ and restart it. It's common enough. Irenicus (DayZ) 289 Posted August 2, 2012 Well maybe your issue is unrelated, but like i said, something is going on....otherwise why would every server in australia be empty right now (never happens) and no one can get past the bar /loading screen? ninjaholic 116 Posted August 4, 2012 I found a possible fix and I haven't had the long loading screen once yet. I use the Steam verison. Simply open Library in Steam, click ARMA II and click Launch. At the prompt, select re-install Battleye. PAUSE YOUR ANTI-VIRUS. Let it finish (takes about 20 seconds) and then re-enable anti-virus. I haven't had a loading delay since. Also, you can make the game launch from closed faster by including "-world=empty" in the launch options. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
