Krepsz 0 Posted August 2, 2012 (edited) Hi...EDIT: Arma2 carshes aswell, just by the background screen at the main menu.EDIT2: While running the game in window mode, i get a error msg saying that my drivers stopped responding, other games work fine with these drivers. Lately I've been having some trouble with logging into dayz, and sometimes Arma2. As soon as my character spawns, after the loading screen, i see lots of weird graphic distortion, like all sorts of shapes and colors. Followed by the game either force closing to desktop, or my screen goes black and i have to reboot.(There is usually an hourglass on the screen ticking down right as i spawn, but i think this is because i got attacked by zombies.). It started doing this after i alt+f4 out of the game after i got killed two days ago. This is what I've tried so far, and now arma 2 seams to work fine tho not dayz.- Updating both to beta version, current version, and an older driver version for my GPU. ( I have a nvidia Gtx 560ti.)- Re installing the game completely.- Confirming files on steam and starting steam as admin.- Re installing Six updater- Shift + - and F L U S H as soon as i spawn ingame.- Starting in window mode.- Deleting both ArmA2.cfg and Arma2OA.cfg (I haven't changed anything in these files, as im not completely sure what that would do.)- Deleting the profiles in my document folder.Right now im not really sure what more i could try, is there anyone else who has experienced this before and managed to fix it? I have tried googling around a lot, but havent found anything yet.Any help is greatly appriciated, as i just found a helicopter right before i died and would like to get back in and fix it up!
