Lower the respawn rate of veichles inside debug area

Hey could you Rocket lower the respawn time of veichles parked outside the map? im sick and tierd of finding veichles outside the grassy area, ppl logg out there and once every 24th hour they logbackin use the veichle a bit and then logg backout.. expecialy with choopers... impossible to find... lower the timer to 1 hour. that way nobody will park veichles and stuff outside the map.
