Do zombies always 1 hit K.O. under 9000 blood?

If you are below 9000 blood will zombies ALWAYS knock you out with one hit? Or am I just fu**ng unlucky...?

My most unlucky hit was where a zombie climbed up some stairs where I was waiting at the top to shoot, warped behind me, simultaneously knocked me out and through the wall so I fell to the ground outside. Broke legs and would have bled out but my buddy managed to bandage me with 200 blood left (I had 12000). No blood bags or morphine or meat so did the only decent thing and put my stuff in the truck and then got run over by it.

TLDR just unlucky.

I've had broken legs+bleeding at 12000 blood on first hit. Shit happens. Other times I've been beaten at <9000 blood without getting knocked down or bleeding.

It all random, I been at 12k n 1 hit me broken leg

been at 4000 n hit me n nothing except more blood loss O.o

I think ya best bet with this is, to avoid zombies unless you are 100% certain you can kill them straight away!
