My friend Unable to play

Hi I hope some one can help. My clan has 8 members sucessfully playing but one member cannot join a game.

He is running Disk version of Arma 2, Steam version of arrow head and Six Launcher to install mod.

He is running everything as administrator.

He has installed arma 2 and run the game, then installed arrow head and run the game.

Then used six launcher to patch and install dayz.

Every time he runs the game he iether gets:

"dayz_anim requires addon casigns2"

or

"

dayz_anim requires ca_dubbing_counterattack"

He has reinstalled about 3 times and even dloaded arma 2 free version but nothing works.

Please can some one help with these errors.

Did he delete everything from dayz and can he play combined operations?
