Tenebris Draco 63 Posted August 2, 2012 It's cause they don't want people to continue to spawn until they spawned where they died or in a major city. You have one shot at the spawn, your lucky if you spawn in Cherno or Electro. If not, get walking. It's not hard to figure out which way is east and west.
