Vehicles despawning, help?

So i recently bought a server like a week ago, we managed to finally play alot today and acquire some vehicles.

We saved each and every vehicle literally 10+ times. We put a tent down also to see if it would save. Once i restarted the server, all the vehicles were gone (the tent too)

Nothing was out of bounds, or even close to it. The vehicles are also not at their initial spawn points. What happened?

3rd party vendor, (Host altitude)

You would need to contact altitude through their support system to see if they can help you resolve the issue, It could be a number of things but only they can check.

Are you sure? I did restart it the first time, then i did "stop server" and "start server" so 1 time after i saw they dissapeared. Its just weird everything including the tent i spawns dissapeared....

Did you restart the mission? Because that will delete all tents and vehicles.

What do u mean restart mission?

On the controll panel it says my server info, followed by:

Last server started on: XX:XX:XX

Under that is says "Restart" and "Stop"

If you restart the server and nothing is there where you left it, restart the server again.. sometimes tent locations and vehicles don't load off the HIVE.

Did you restart the mission? Because that will delete all tents and vehicles.

so your saying restarting the mission is a new fresh map and will delete all the vehicles?
