General FPS problems. Great hardware.

Hi. I am surprised at the performance I am getting in ARMA 2. I have never played before, but was intrigued by the DayZ mod. I have all settings on Very High. 1920x1080.

2x GTX 680 in SLI.

i7-920 @ghz

12GB RAM

Few issues, I am getting under 60 FPS. Aiming seems very laggy and hard to aim. Picture is very, very blurry.

Any advice? Thank you.

For starters, set your normal resolution and 3D resolution the same, that might be the cause of your blurriness

the blur is probably post processing effects, turn those right off, for the lag, theres not much you can do but turn down settings. The engine doesnt have the best of code written for the graphical side of it. hopefully some of thats fixed in the new patches coming out and hopefully fixed in ARMA 3
