Bloodbags?

How to use bloodbags? Cant seem to get an option to use on myself, neither my friend. Tried in inventory and out of it.

Please help me. :)

You need your friend to apply it on you.

Place it in your pocket or active inventory, then either use the mouse wheel on your friend or right clic the bloodbag to administrate it.

If that doesn't work, I suggest that both of you relog. That solved my issue when it happenned to me and my teamate.
