Audible range for players is low.Only can fire silenced mp5 ammo.Single headshot or 3-4 Hits to the Body kill a zombie.Ammo is pretty common, once you have loot route. twix (DayZ) 24 Posted August 2, 2012 used to hate until i started to roll with it. the silencer is what makes the gun decent but it doesn't necessarily make it an awesome weapon.
