Sadly no, otherwise servers would be crowded with cars. So if you find one its best to stick to that server ^_^

I think this is the second most fun thing in the game for me right now. So don't get discouraged that you can't take them with you. Once you get one car (faster road vehicle) it's loads easier to look for other vehicles.
