Cheater w/ Video Proof

What happened: We think it was this one guy my friend killed and who also happened to kill me, Anyways It was definitely one of the guys in the helicopter, cause at the end he tries to kill everyone with it.

I didn't record everything I use the buffer with Fraps to try to save space, but the incident was recorded and what we believe was motive.

I linked it at the time when it occurs, previous footage is what we believe could had been motive. I'm not sure how the banning process works, but from the FAQ I thought you guys would do a cross reference with the server's host or admin? Looking for suspicious behavior or what have you. Once again not sure how it works.
