Can you return to your corpse or a stash after dying?

As title says, just wondering if (and I know it would be bloody hard to do) you could find where you died last, could you in theory find and loot your own corpse? Also, if I stashed some stuff in a house and then died, could I find that stash with my new spawn?

You have to get back before the server sweeps it and before someone loots it.

Stashes not really, unless you use a container such as tent its most likely to have despawned when you get there.

Yep, me and another survivor killed each other north of Elektro. I spawned less than 1 km from where I died. I just went back and picked up my glorious AKM and all of my stuff.

Good to know, wish I would have known it when I died with most of the utility items and a well stocked 1911 inside a shed a ways NW of cherno. could have made it back there in about 30 mins from kahmenka

Bodies currently disappear a bit quickly. I'm hearing reports of them disappearing within 90 seconds on the Dallas servers.
