Managed Server Invalid Version?

I have a managed server from Host Altitude. They don't respond to support tickets (been days) so I figured I'd ask here.

Ever since I had my server go online, when someone connects, it waits a long time on loading and eventually shows an error message saying that the server software is out of date and to contact the DayZ staff.

Any ideas on the cause and how it can be fixed? Does it need to be whitelisted, even though I have an instance id?
