Is there any other fix for a broken leg besides morphine?

Unfortuantely there is none. Maybe you'll be able to find either a medic tent/hospital in your area or a friendly player who is willing to administer you some morphine from his supplies.

If that doesn't work and you don't see any chance to either find help or get to a city you might want to consider a respawn.
