Action menu stuck

What happened: Action is stuck in action bar (mouse wheel)

Tent safe, remove barb wire, make fire , etc.

What you were doing: Used action menu such as remove barbwire or make fire or safe tent. Then when this action remains as a chooseable action in the scroll menu even afer finsihing this.
