So me and my friends where in a chopper

We were flying around and my friend was doing backflips, then the idiot crashed, ya screw him. Out of no where right as we crash my buddy and his little bro are kicked for script restriction 55, doesn't that only happen when you are hacking or something? I also checked the Wiki, it says it does that sometimes when you are in a chopper.

Then about 1 minute later the server said restarting server, battle eye kicking for script restriction, the server is not up, but will he be banned or something from our server?

I've been script kicked couple of times as well.

The error can definitely happen erroneously. I have never been in a chopper and just tried to log into a server and got the error. I tried moving locations in another server, logging back into it, etc., but it kept booting me. However, after a server restart, then I could get back in.
