Weird building in NW airfield? Hacking?

Hey guys. was on US 540 and seen this massive structure at the NW airfield. Not sure how it got there.. I'm only going to assume hackers?

Anyway, here is the picture.

It's the thunderdome i'd presume.

Yes. That's is what is dubbed, "Thunderdome"

Its placed by hackers.

Avoid it. lol
