Green Mountain freaking out the character

So basically, why not go along with the scary stories and make the player paranoid about green mountain. Heavy breathing, heart pounding, shaking vision near the mass grave and the tower. Also this should get worse at nights. Maybe the player could even make gagging noises near the corpses.
