Steam install issues

Ok so both ARMA 2 and ARMA2 OA are installed, the mod files are installed via Worromm, i added the launch option text and the game will not load with those launch options set. when i remove the launch option text, the game loads fine. of course when i try to load in a dayz server when the game actually loads, it says that it is dependent on content that has been deleted. any ideas?

Did you start the game as "combined operations" (click play then select "launch Arma 2: Combined Operations")?

I have no experience with Worromm but I run DayZ (if you installed it manually) by just adding "-nospash -world=empty -mod=@dayz" to the "launch options" (right-click on the game, select "set launch options..." and paste my line in there (without the apostrophes))

Issue resolved, had to run steam as "administrator"
