Unconsciousness on log in

I got into a little skirmish in elektro resulting in being left with a broken leg and unconscious however I didn't die as I regained consciousness with about 2000 blood but now every time I log in I am unconscious for easily over 8 minutes. Whats the deal with this?

It's only 5 minutes, and if you log out with a concussion when you log back in you are unconcious.

Sure feels a lot longer then 5 minutes. Asides that this is every time I log in and I have been back to 12000 blood for some time without that white "Shock/concussion" icon.

I've been getting this too on some specific servers. I'm not in shock or anything; I just log in unconscious every single time. I have read some where you have to basically suicide and respawn to get rid of it. Something to do with the shock effect applying incorrectly/permanently. It's annoying.

Yeah it's kinda ment as a punishment for ALT+F4'ing or server hopping but it has flaws, it can get trigerred when you get kicked and stuff like that

It is funny though. My bro will be waiting for me on server 2 and I pop in all passed out. "Well, I guess I'll go back to youtube for a bit." "K, I'll be here."

Yeah this has been happening to me also, must be a server thing... I wish there was a filter for that, I don't ALT-F4 but I do like to hop on a server and play for just a little bit. Sucks being penalized for not having hours to play :(

This is happening to me, but not because I server hop too often. This morning I logged in for the first time today, and I was unconscious for 5 minutes. I played for a good few hours, then logged of for 4 hours, then logged back onto the same server, then I was still unconscious. It's annoying because I usually die from zombies eating me :(
