Complete Server Restart?

As a server admin, I'm just curious if it is indeed possible to reset the server's environment (Vehicles, tents, and such) back to new?

I have been looking for an answer on this also. On Host Altitude Control Panel there are two options I have seen (Restart) and (Stop).

There isn't a whole lot on there saying what these may or may not change on the server. Hope for an answer!

From what I've heard, if you press the restart button from in game admin, it may do the reset, I haven't been given permission to try though.

i also would like to know how this can be done. i've had issues where the vehicles i have saved spawn somewhere else on the map. i'm hoping a vehicle reset would resolve this issue!
