action menu missing

What happened:I ran steam file integrity check on arma 2 files to get rid of dodgy wire fencing graphic issue and when i re entered game I had lost my action menu

4g ram,win 7 x64,

*Timeline of events before/after error:done steam cache check.entered game.no action menu.tried reinstall mod.tried rechecking cache.tried different server.

notes:-action menu works on single player

action menu works on vanilla arma multiplayer
