Passed out in the ocean, now I'm stuck!

I was trying to escape some zombies so I went in the ocean, due to low blood I passed out.

The hourglass just blimped by real fast, and there was like half an animation of me getting up, then back to the passed out position.

And now nothing. I can't move at all, is there a suicide command or something?
