hardware issues

Well i've just connected all hardware to my new rig and it seems that something is wrong

The motherboard gains power but all it do's is light a green light but none of the fans will rotate nor do i hear any sound of it running, it doesnot give any beeps how do i fix this

Yep nothing happens no beeps no sound of any hardware powering up all it do's is light a green light in the left botton of the motherboard

Sounds like short circuit somewhere. Get your MB and PSU out of the case, put in straight on a table, connect PSU to the motherboard and power up the system. MB should have only CPU and RAM on it.

Ive tryed running it with a.different psu and ram chips but nether seemed to have any effects

If u still got problems u want to limit your possible problems if u can to find out whats wrong,.

i.e disconnect everything u dont need i.e harddrives / dvd drives / soundcards etc..

So u got bare motherboard + cpu + ram + fans + speaker if u got one for error codes

Start @ simplest things...

Check all your power connections

Double check u connection your powerswitch to the motherboard front panel pins correctly.

Read the motherboard manual for the reset bios switch... the odd motherboard will auto-detect the ram wrong + on the second boot will refuse to post

Well i donot have a manual and i just tryed running it on a table but nothing changed, ive tryed two different 500wat psu's but neather worked im on phone so i cannot seem to copy pastethe names of my cpu and motherboard

No edit buton, ive connected all the pins and i donot get any errors since it simply doesnot power on

Well when i insert the power cable a.green lightbult on the mobo turns on but when i press the power button it do's nuttin

Yes, everything is conected propperly and i donot have any unused pins that are requiredMotherboRd and cpu AMD Phenom II x4 955 + Asus M4A88T-V EVO/USB3

OK I've found the manual on the internets. Remove the power switch wiring and touch simultaneously BOTH pins that I marked with red square with screwdriver.
