Found some vss vintorez mags from a tent earlier and just had to ask if by chance anyone knows if it's a legit spawn?

I saw a sniper vid where they mentioned it as default, but haven't seen anything about it.

Legit and can be found or not?

After a server restart I found an m110 with thermals in a tent in Stary. I guess it wasn't legit because I was reset the next day to the coast :\
