Banned from UK25 for no reason.

so i was playing on uk25 under the name "[TKG] Steve Jobs".. i heard a guy sniping loads of guys at cherno so i try to track him down and find out hes on a tower. so i climb it and hes not there... i lay in wait for awhile and hear more sniper shots that are being fired from close by, i spot a guy at the fire station and take him down with my AKM.. moments later i recieve an "admin kick". upon trying to rejoin it says "Banned - Cheating/Hacking".

I have never hacked in any online game in my life and have never hacked or cheated on dayz.. i had been rejoining the server all day due to getting the dreaded graphics bug which makes me unable to see and requires a full game restart to fix.

Can i please get an explanation from Faz or anyone else who runs the server as to why i was banned?

Havin checked the logs, this was a mistake.

A hacker used your name to hack and there for you was shown in the logs.

As were many other.

Ban Lifted.

might be because the server has not had a auto reboot yet.

But your not on the ban list any more.

Try now, server has been rebooted.
