Reporting two hackers

I would like to report two hackers, the info as follows:

Server: US 586

Time: 7:51pm UTC +3

Description: Me and two other players were in cherno church,

my 2 buddies get killed from two other players who had G36C SD weapons,

i kill them both and after a few seconds i hear silenced weapon fire again, then i log off.

Another strange thing is that they took out my second buddy with something like a flashbang or something,

i didnt see a shot or a grenade,

i just heard a bang and then i was stunned like colour distortion etc.
