How to COOP/find one another?

Since the spawnpoint will be random, how can you team up with a friend for COOP? Is there a way to spawn somewhere in the near of one another or how are you supposed to find your mate?

It's not cool, but you could keep respawning until you spawned close to each other, or just walk to each other.

To my knowledge there is no other way.

Do you know if there is an option planed to be able to sqaud spawn or spawn in a user selected area/region?

How do I keep respawning?
