Need some help with the Vilayer CP (Auto restarts etc)

Guys i may come across as being a bit of a divvy here but can any of you fine gents tell what you have in those bloody boxes for scheduled restarts? I'm after wanting the server to restart every 4 hrs and also is there anyway of warning people on the server via an in game message to say it's about to restart??

Hi.

In my case my server restarts every 8 hours.

So i made three Restarts like on this picture:

First one is at 0:00 AM, second 8:00 AM and the last one at 4:00 PM.

Just set the time you want and as date the following day. Type should be daily, then it is renewed every day.

And for the messaging thing i havent a solution yet. At least not an automatic one. Dont think Vilayer has one implemented yet.

P.S.: What you could do to warn your player is to set the Motd with the information about the times of the restarts. That is what i did.

Message Of The Day :) If you rent your server as i do (vilayer) you have 4 lines where you can type what you like to appear when people first join the server. If you have a designated server you need to change the MOTD in the server.cfg file.

To set the MOTD in ACP:

Stop the server

Click Game services -> Configuration files -> Next to cfgdayz\server.cfg click "Configuration editor"

Start the server

Put a space in the line if you want it to stay blank

Ok guys somethings going wrong here!

Click New

Name it One

Click daily

made it so the restarts started the next day

timed it for 12:00am then saved it and it came up that it was now saved

DId the same again but then named it Two and went through the same procedure but put the time at 06:00am, saved and it again came up that it had saved successfully

Did the same for Three and Four but this time i didn't get any messages to say they had saved so i came out, when i looked it only showed that Two had been saved as a scheduled restart!? Now i thought it might of been sometime this morning but it actually restarted my server at 21:00 UK time last night! Bit confused on the time tbh, i have the server set to -6UTC time.

The restarts are based off of GMT+2. Try centering them around that. Also make sure to use Firefox or chrome to save them.
