Transformation between Bandit and Survivor

Date/Time: 4-30-2012/1:30 AM Central

What happened: I was running and found a military soldier. I killed him and picked some m24 rounds. Then my humanity went from 1980 to 2040 and this caused the screen to go back to "retrieving character data".(I was a bandit at the time, but turned into a survivor) I couldn't do anything, although I could hear my gun reloading with the screen up. I aborted, then rejoin and I had the survivor skin now but I lost EVERYTHING in my pack and my primary weapon/ammo (CZ Hunting Rifle).

I'm not 100% sure but talking to an admin of the server, he told me that whenever you turn into a bandit or you change back into a survivor, this occurs. You lose your primary and everything in ur backpack.

I've murdered someone yesterday and it changed me into a bandit skin OK. I was surrounded by zombies and I was getting hit while I had to wait for being changed into a bandit (I would have died without any chance of defending myself). I left the server and soon as I rejoined another server, I was in the middle of the ocean with my gear but I guess it looses me items from inventory if i'm in water. Can you resolve this problem?

Jep it happened to me on EU4 last night I lost all my items in the backpack...while changing

skin :(

But I did respawn at the same spot........

I had a experience like this yesterday, after murdering someone. I shot him twice, first shot incapacitating and the second finishing him off. After the second shot I got the "Recieving Character Data From Server" screen, and was forced to disconnect prematurely as the guy I shot had a friend who could have just poked his head around the corner and shot while I wouldn't have been able to defend myself.

After I reconnected I ended up in the ocean next to the debug zone with no items.. perhaps make the bandito transition occur after you disconnect as it's quite unpredictable right now - works for some and not for others.
