Can anyone reccomend a decent EU server?

Hi,

I'm a solo player looking for a new home server. I had a good server but it is based in the US and the ping is killing me now.

Most servers I try are run by clans (which is fine) but they end up abusing their rights and when I do find their base it's always full of duped items e.g. 15 NVG 10 L85 AWS.

Does anyone know any good servers based around Europe that are around GMT-8 ?

Things I want to avoid:

- Clans locking the server

- Clans who dupe stupid amounts of items

- Clans who kick/ban if you kill them/steal their car

I'm hosting my own server, Norway 21, and that's set with GMT-8. It's a 40 slots, and almost allways full at night here in Norway though.
